Film
opowiada historię młodego zombie o imieniu R (Nicholas Hoult), który w
wyniku zbiegu wydarzeń zakochuje się w narzeczonej jednej ze swoich
ofiar. Staje się to u niego powodem wielu rozterek uczuciowych, a także o
naturze moralnej. Ich związek będzie przyczyną istotnych zmian
dotyczących nie tylko R, ale także całego społeczeństwa jego martwych
pobratymców.
Film był niedawno puszczany w kinach. Miałam to szczęście, że razem z siostrą na nim byłam. Wcześniej jednak przeczytałam książkę i trochę obawiałam się co z tego wyniknie. Po obejrzeniu filmu jestem pozytywnie zaskoczona. Kilka fragmentów z książki w filmie albo zostało pominiętych albo zmienionych. Na plus zasługuje również ścieżka dźwiękowa.
